Design of PV plant Dubrovsko in Montenegro

E&E, with our partners from Deltaelektro (Belgrade), signed a contract for design services for construction of new PV plant Dubrovsko (approx. 210MWp) in Montenegro, including 110kV grid connection solutions. The new PV plant Dubrovsko will be built in the region of Dubrovsko village, municipality of Šavnik in Montenegro. The plant will be connected to the 110kV network of Montenegro by construction of new 33/110kV substation and 110kV OHL SS Dubrovsko – SS Brezna. Soon after the Pre-Feasibility Study related to this strategic project was finalized, the next stage was initiated – Feasibility Study and ESIA for new 400/110 kV substation Belgrade West, 400kV OHL substation Belgrade West – switching station Čibuk 1, and 400 kV OHL Serbia – Romania. 35th CIGRE conference on Zlatibor

It’s been 70 years since the founding of the National Committee of the International Council on Large Electric Systems CIGRE in Serbia. On 06 September 2021, a new company ELEM & ELGO SWEDEN AB has been registered in Sweden, with the 100% founding capital by ELEM & ELGO d.o.o. Belgrade. The objective of the establishment of the new company is development of our business activities in Sweden and intensified presence at the Swedish market. We hope to grow our new company in the same way we are doing in Serbia, following our business principles and positive business culture and, at the same time, applying the positive business practice of the Swedish market.

The beneficiary of the study is the Serbian Transmission System Operator Elektromreža Srbije JSC (EMS) and the project is implemented by IPF7 Consortium lead by Hill International. The grant is provided by the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF). The IFI is German Development Bank (KfW). Our E&E team is responsible for the project management and technical (overhead lines and substation) component.
